Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients who require logistics services through market research and cold calling.
  • Sales Pitches: Present and promote the company’s logistics services (e.g., shipping, transportation, warehousing) to potential clients over the phone.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer support and follow-up.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client requirements.
  • Customer Retention & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional logistics services to existing clients to enhance revenue.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in logistics (freight/express/3PL).
  • Confident and engaging personality
  • Must have SPM minimum

Work Arrangement:

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Fixed shift)
  • On-site working

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
