Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the maintenance operations across all hotel properties, ensuring the effective upkeep of both interior and exterior aspects of the buildings.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on the optimal use of heat, light, power, and resources, as well as developing repair and preventive maintenance plans that align with the operational and financial goals of the organization.
- Develop and standardize Preventive Maintenance and Repair schedules for all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and equipment across the group, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Drive the implementation of cost-reduction strategies and work simplification techniques across all properties, while continuously seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and enhance the performance of maintenance teams.
- Coordinate and collaborate with hotel maintenance PIC to ensure all properties adhere to corporate maintenance standards and procedures, supporting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Requirements :
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Proven leadership abilities & relevant certification.
- Strong understanding of hotel maintenance & engineering operations practices.
- Applications must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
- Position open to Malaysians only.
