BIM MODELER

• Model Creation and Management:
• Develop and maintain BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Ensure models adhere to project standards and specifications.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
• Documentation:
• Produce detailed drawings and schedules from the BIM model.
• Maintain accurate records of all modifications and updates to the model.
• Quality Assurance:
• Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all BIM data is compliant with relevant standards, rules and regulations.
• Support and Training:
• Provide support and training to other team members on BIM processes and software.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
• Project Management:
• Assist project managers in planning and executing BIM-related tasks.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on BIM-related issues.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant BIM certifications are a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in BIM modeling. Knowledge of M&E modelling preferred.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

• This position may require occasional travel to project sites.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
