  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Steinway and Sons Malaysia have an immediate full-time Sales Assistant position available for a career-minded individual. This is a unique opportunity to represent the world's finest pianos.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve group target
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales report to sales manager
  • Creating and maintain an up-to-date customer contacts in CRM system
  • Provide good service before and after sales service to customers
  • Provide customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability
  • Promote and market the brands on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including online marketing strategies
  • Assist in keeping the showroom neat, well display and well stocked
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features and sales promotion
  • Conduct research on competitor’s pricing
  • Participate in online event and seminars to stay updated on job knowledge

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have diploma/degree in a related field
  • Must be able to play the piano
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Speaking and reading Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and drive new sales
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Minimum 1-year experience within luxury sales would be an added advantage
  • Able to work on shift and weekends
