  • Handle and manage full sets of accounts.
  • Prepare financial report, perform monthly/quarterly account closing.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
  • Prepare audited financial statements and managements reports.
  • Prepare of budget, cashflow forecasts and manages daily cashflow to maintain liquidity and make informed financial decisions.
  • Assist in coordination of internal and external audit.
  • Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
  • Prepare and review current and differed tax provision.
  • Support the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Liaise with tax agents and lawyer on corporate loan matters.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma or equivalent in Accounting and related fields of professional qualification
  • Preferences: Mandarin speaking candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office.
  • Familiar with accounting invoice software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the field of accounting.
