Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. - Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding. - Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture. - Mediate conflicts and resolve issues effectively. - Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers. - Implement performance improvement plans as necessary. - Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Develop and update HR policies and procedures. - Administer employee compensation and benefits programs. - Prepare regular reports for management.
