Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Amari SPICE Penang. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, handle guest inquiries and issues, and maintain hotel standards. This role is located in Penang, Malaysia.

Qualifications
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
