Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Job Summary: The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in leading individual, multi-disciplined real estate projects, ensuring effective delivery and client satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Project Support: Assist in managing all facets of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for real estate projects. • Documentation: Help in reading, understanding, and applying documents affecting real estate projects such as agreements, contracts, and project charters. • Client Interaction: Support in interfacing with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, resource requirements, and cost estimates. • Resource Management: Assist in identifying project delivery resources, conducting RFPs, and completing bid analysis. • Team Assistance: Provide support to project delivery teams, facilitate meetings, and ensure effective communication. • Documentation Governance: Aid in implementing project documentation governance, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. • Progress Tracking: Help track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines. Report status and variances. • Change Management: Support in assessing and managing change requests, including securing approvals and issuing change orders. • Risk Management: Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation and contingency plans. • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying (Cost Management), Project/Construction Management, or Landscape Architecture. Minimum of four years of relevant experience. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. • Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financial terms and principles. Ability to perform intermediate financial calculations. • Reasoning Ability: Ability to analyse and interpret complex documents and solve problems with multiple options. • Other Skills and Abilities: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings. Scope of Responsibility: Support project management decisions and assist in achieving project goals and deadlines.
