Admin Executive (Vehicle Management)

Responsibilities:

1. Handle and oversee company administrative and accounting task.

2. Manage, monitor and maintain company vehicles including road tax renewal, insurance, maintenance services, summon and touch n go card.

3. Manage and handle permit renewals for lorries and other matters related to transportation and vehicle.

4. Communicate with JPJ, APAD, and other requirement needs for lorries and vehicles management.

5. Manage company asset handover and takeover to and from staff such as motorcycle, access card, handphone and keys.

6. Prepare the Purchase Requisition for any payments to the suppliers or service provider.

7. Handle receiving, quality check and return of the new arrival stock.

8. To conduct any other general ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year working experience in transportation/logistic company.

2. Experience in fleet management/vehicle/transportation/logistics, stock or any other administrative duties.

3. Minimum 1 year experience in administrative and accounting field.

4. Preferred candidate with degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial, Accounting or other related course.

5. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
