Job Responsibilities
· To evaluate the organisation’s workflow and develop ways of working around problematic processes, improve and refine existing services.
· To build strong relationship with key stakeholders to understand the underlying needs of business, gather and clarify user requirements, business processes and operation pain points.
· To proactively analyse functional requirements and work with technical team to design solutions to fulfil the requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Business Requirement Specification, Use Cases, Data Requirements,
· Work closely with Infrastructure & Software teams to identifying standards for hardware, software and System security. (IT Practice & Operations)
· Assist in addressing compliance and audit policies/procedures for computer systems operation and data processing.
· Assist in IT risk analysis to identify current risk level and develop an action plan for minimizing risk to an acceptable level.
· During critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
· Assisting in accomplishing financial objectives by preparing IS&T’s annual budgets; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances.
· Other ad-hoc and relevant tasks.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer engineering or other equivalent disciplines.
· 2 – 5 years relevant experience.
· Experience in system analysis and design, and able to pick up on technical knowledge / skills quickly and utilize them to support business needs.
· Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
· Strong ability to engage cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget - Project Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
