Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Knowledge Base: Maintains and updates internal manuals, scripts, and case management processes.
  • Employee Records: Manages records and updates HR database.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generates HR reports and assists with data analysis.
  • Administrative Support, assist in HR processes like Performance Assessment, Talent Review, and Salary Review.
  • Handles benefits inputs, vendor interactions, and payroll data accuracy.
  • Addresses routine HR policy inquiries, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Ensures timely task completion, identifies root causes, and suggests improvements.
  • Assists with HR projects.
