We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and assisting with inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise and ensuring shelves are stocked.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
