Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hotel, resort, and motel business partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the operational needs of partners are met effectively.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on partner satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in services provided.
  • Ensure that service agreements are executed in line with client expectations and company capabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer/client relationship management, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience with operational management in hospitality is a plus.

Work Schedule: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
