RESPONSIBILITY:

Spare Parts Sales Strategy & Performance:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the spare parts segment
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns or offers for spare parts, including bundling, discounts, or upselling

Warehouse Management:

  • Implement effective inventory management systems (e.g., ERP or WMS) to track and control stock accuracy
  • KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and lead times
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, warehouse operations, and cost management
  • Spare Parts sales and warehouse management, balancing customer-facing activities with back-end operations.
  • Aligning sales forecasts with warehouse stock levels to avoid overstock or stockouts.
  • Coordinating with both suppliers and customers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of parts.

EXPERIENCE:

Sales Strategy & Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Understand Demand Patterns: Analyze sales history to forecast demand and plan inventory purchases accordingly.
  • Bundling & Upselling: Bundle parts with related items or offer services to increase revenue. Upsell premium parts where possible.
  • Use a CRM system to track customer preferences, order history, and feedback to tailor your sales approach.

Warehouse Organization & Inventory Management:

  • Regular Audits: Conduct periodic stock checks to ensure inventory records match physical stock
  • Logical Layout: Organize the warehouse to ensure high-traffic parts are easily accessible. considerations
  • Implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system for parts with shelf life

Supplier Management:

  • Supplier Relationships: Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quick delivery of spare parts, especially critical components.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • After-Sales Support: Provide efficient after-sales services like purchaces, warranties, returns.
  • Parts Availability : Minimize lead times for part deliveries by optimizing warehouse processes and managing supplier timelines efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably at least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Must Have selling experience ( 2-5 years) in technical products and proven track record of exceeding sales target, developing customer relationship
  • Industries experience such as automotive, machinery, manufacturing or technical parts supply are added advantage
  • Team Management & Leadership : supervisory experience to manage warehouse teams, assign task and ensure that operations run smoothly
  • Must able to frequently outstation travelling as job required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
