  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Agronomist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of agricultural products to farmers, growers, and distributors. You will play a key role in driving sales, providing agronomic support to customers, and helping them achieve the best possible results using our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
  • Provide agronomic support and technical advice to customers, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our products.
  • Conduct field visits and product demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of our products.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and plans to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in agricultural sales, with a strong understanding of crop protection, plant nutrients, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and influence decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions to customer challenges.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and conduct field visits.
  • Valid driver's license.
