Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing video production from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. You will collaborate with various departments to produce compelling video materials for marketing, training, and communication purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms (social media, websites, presentations).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop video concepts and storyboards.

Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into polished final products, incorporating graphics, sound, and special effects.
  • Ensure videos are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Coordination:

  • Manage video production schedules and coordinate with team members and external vendors.
  • Organize and maintain video assets and archives for easy retrieval.

Technical Skills:

  • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and training teams to ensure video content aligns with overall strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior videographers and interns.

General :

  • To follow the standard operating procedure of the organization on work ethics and professional duties at all times.
  • To take on any other related responsibilities which are reasonably related to the job title of this position or assign by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of video production processes, including lighting, sound, and editing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.
  • Portfolio or showreel is needed.
