Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing video production from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. You will collaborate with various departments to produce compelling video materials for marketing, training, and communication purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms (social media, websites, presentations).
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop video concepts and storyboards.

Editing:

Edit raw footage into polished final products, incorporating graphics, sound, and special effects.
Ensure videos are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Coordination:

Manage video production schedules and coordinate with team members and external vendors.
Organize and maintain video assets and archives for easy retrieval.

Technical Skills:

Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, communications, and training teams to ensure video content aligns with overall strategies.
Provide guidance and support to junior videographers and interns.

General :

To follow the standard operating procedure of the organization on work ethics and professional duties at all times.
To take on any other related responsibilities which are reasonably related to the job title of this position or assign by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of video production processes, including lighting, sound, and editing techniques.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
