Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing video production from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. You will collaborate with various departments to produce compelling video materials for marketing, training, and communication purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms (social media, websites, presentations).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished final products, incorporating graphics, sound, and special effects.
- Ensure videos are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Coordination:
- Manage video production schedules and coordinate with team members and external vendors.
- Organize and maintain video assets and archives for easy retrieval.
Technical Skills:
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and training teams to ensure video content aligns with overall strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior videographers and interns.
General :
- To follow the standard operating procedure of the organization on work ethics and professional duties at all times.
- To take on any other related responsibilities which are reasonably related to the job title of this position or assign by supervisor/manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including lighting, sound, and editing techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.
- Portfolio or showreel is needed.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
