Account Executive / Account Assistant

1. In charge of certain Accounting Scope such as Account Receivable, Account Payable, or Bank Reconciliation.

2. Opportunities to learn to handle the Company’s full set of accounts with supervision;

3. Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department, timely and accurate accounting data entries into the Company’s accounting software, including preparing the Company’s payment voucher and issuing cheques after receiving authorization from the Management.

4. Assist Supervisor to liaise with auditors, tax agent on accounting and financial related matters.

5. Responsible in managing, updating, improving and maintaining an accurate accounting data;

6. To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks in account and finance as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply

- Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Taxation or other accounting-related fields

- Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility

- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software will be added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
