Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Main Responsibilities:
To assist the Head of Quality Control Department to carry out and coordinate Research & Development (R&D) activities of wheat/ wheat flour products that include:
- Test new additives for product development.
- Perform quality checks/ baking verification on incoming materials/ finished products.
- Troubleshoot/ investigate complaints lodged on product quality issue.
- Maintain application lab cleanliness and order.
- Assist in maintaining Food Safety Management system and documentation.
- Generate innovative raw material ideas and recipes.
- Record experiments, formulations, and results; generate reports.
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
- Passionate in baking. Strong attention to detail and precision in baking techniques.
- Good communication skills, both oral & written.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 as well as working experience in food manufacturing environment are added advantages.
