Job description

We are a fast-growing company and we are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Development Representative with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities with targeted outbound prospecting strategies to build rapport and set discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling Activities - Schedule meetings with distributed leads from our leads analyst.
  • Email Enrolments - Enrol your leads into NURTURE or AGOGE Email sequences to schedule meetings
  • Sales Development - Conduct Discovery, Demo, Proof-of-concepts with your leads to convert them into users and clients.
  • Reporting & Sales Pipeline Management (User/Merchant Acquisition) - Ensure timely updates on client’s report and NECTAR pipelines
  • Stakeholder Management - Ensure a positive communication loop among stakeholders of all your accounts
  • Customer Success Collaboration - Collaborate with CS team to secure renewals and expansion of accounts
  • BDR Collaboration - Collaborate with Internal BDR to closed accounts/lead
  • At least 1-2 years' of relevant work experience, preferably in SaaS sales.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (think C-suite charm!).
  • Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work like a boss.
  • Experience in cloud-based Sales tools like Hubspot/Salesforce – your CRM playground!
  • Own laptop is a must for remote work!
  • Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Based is preferred
