Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and management of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. (included Company Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Software Installation: Install and configure software applications and ensure they are up to date.
  • User Training: Conduct basic IT training sessions for new employees and provide ongoing support for existing staff.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and resolutions.
  • Security: Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups.
  • Project Support: Support IT projects and initiatives as needed, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows) and common software applications (MS Office Suite, antivirus programs).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
