Job Responsibilities :
1. Operate computer and IT equipment, including drones, switchboards, headsets, and other related tools.
2. Inspect work equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
3. Ensure the Zendesk system is up to date, with complaints received and actions taken recorded in a timely manner.
4. Ensure all new systems are well maintained and evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with organizational goals
5. Maintain moderate knowledge in computer technology to manage and respond to complaints via social media platforms.
6. Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimize disruptions.
8. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, ensuring smooth operations.
9. Manage and maintain server systems, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and security.
10. Perform routine system backups and execute recovery procedures as needed.
11. Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to deliver effective and efficient technology solutions.
12. Liaise with external vendors for the procurement of hardware, software, and IT services.
13. Create and update road user profiles/accounts, facilitating the easy resolution of user problems.
Job Specifications :
- Diploma in Information Technologies
- 3 years in Call Centre or any relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
