About MySakinah: For the past two years, MySakinah has been pioneering innovative solutions to help couples navigate the complexities of marriage. Our mission is to empower individuals and families with the tools and resources they need to build strong, healthy relationships. We have reached over 2,500 spouses through our online support program, boasting a 70% success rate in helping couples on the brink of divorce.

As part of our commitment to reducing Malaysia's divorce rate, we are revitalizing partnerships with a network of "Marital First Responders." This initiative aims to build a passionate community dedicated to preserving marriages through collaboration with religious leaders and pre-marital training centers across the country.

Building on this success, we are launching Malaysia's most comprehensive Marriage Transformation Program — Season 1. This initiative is the culmination of two years of insights and learnings from our pilot programs, evolving into a scalable solution designed to empower countless couples to strengthen their relationships. Structured uniquely like a TV drama series, Season 1 will feature 200 masterclass online episodes delivered by 20 of Malaysia’s top marital experts. Each episode will address 10 core topics essential for a healthy marriage, combining masterful instruction with interactive engagement to ensure couples receive lasting value.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Development Manager to lead our efforts in establishing and nurturing partnerships that will drive customer acquisition for our Season 1 program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marital health and capable of building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key partners, including networks of religious leaders (500 mosques) and pre-marital training centers (140-200 centers across Malaysia).
• Revitalize Programs: Lead the revival of our 500 masjids program, working closely with mosque leaders to integrate MySakinah’s offerings into their community initiatives.
• Marital First Responders Network: Create a network of "Marital First Responders" who are passionate about preserving marriages, and develop training materials and resources based on the "Marital First Aid" framework.
• Collaboration with Experts: Work with our 20 experts to promote the Season 1 program, ensuring alignment with their outreach efforts and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with program sponsors and strategic partners to facilitate cross-promotion of products and services, maximizing reach and impact.
• Revenue Sharing Model: Develop and manage a revenue-sharing model with partners to incentivize participation and promote program success.
• Community Engagement: Organize events, workshops, and training sessions that bring partners and community members together to promote marital health and well-being.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years experience in partnership development, business development, or similar roles, preferably within the non-profit, education, or wellness sectors.
• Strong understanding of marital health and a passion for preserving marriages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in program management and community engagement is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment while managing multiple projects.
