Through extensive research and development (R&D) and real-world application, we’ve reached over 2,500 spouses with our fully online support program, successfully saving marriages on the brink of divorce. With a 70% success rate, we have demonstrated that, with the right tools and guidance, even the most challenging relationships can be revived.

Building on this success, we are now launching Malaysia's most comprehensive Marriage Transformation Program — Season 1, which will feature 200 online masterclass episodes tailored specifically for husbands and wives. Each episode will consist of a 20-minute masterclass on various topics around marriage, providing maximum experience and results for each spouse.

Role Overview:

We are seeking two talented Curriculum & Instructional Designers—one for the Husband Track and another for the Wife Track—to collaborate closely with our 20 experts. These positions are essential for developing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and supports their journey towards healthier, more fulfilling marriages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and structure the content for each episode, ensuring it aligns with the program's goals and audience needs.
• Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective online learning experiences tailored for husbands and wives.
• Content Production: Work alongside experts to script, record, and edit masterclass episodes, ensuring high-quality audio and visual presentation.
• Learning Materials Creation: Develop supplementary learning materials, such as worksheets, guides, and assessments, to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Quality Assurance: Review and refine content to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with best practices in online learning and marital education.
• Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from experts and initial users to continuously improve the curriculum and instructional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or online learning development, preferably in the wellness, education, or relationship sectors.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with experts and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and learning management systems (LMS).
