  • To promote the company's range of medical devices / Consumable disposable products to orthopedic industry.
  • To develop a new customer base.
  • Report to Sales Team Manager.
  • To increase sales revenue and achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Responsible for sales & marketing activities within the coverage area/ account assigned by the management.
  • Monitor sales performance regularly and recommend action plans to ensure the achievement of sales.
  • Regular visits and maintain a good business relationship with orthopedic surgeons/ customers.
  • Field-based role with hours that can vary significantly.
  • Position requires attending in-live patient cases, and willing to work variable/odd hours to meet patient needs.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Nursing, Biological Sciences, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), business-related field, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Preferably to have at least 1-2 years of sales experience in the orthopedic medical industry.
  • Good command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus).
  • Public speaking, presentation, and teaching skills.
  • Possess own transport and is willing to travel outstation when required.
  • Team player, result-oriented with a positive work attitude.
  • Basic computer skills. (Microsoft Office programs essential).
  • Candidate must have skills and knowledge in customer relationship management (CRM) and negotiations.
  • Salary commensurate with years of experience.
  • Mileage + Outstation allowance.
  • EPF + SOCSO provided.
  • Parking, Tol, and Doctor Entertainment expenses are refundable.
