- To promote the company's range of medical devices / Consumable disposable products to orthopedic industry.
- To develop a new customer base.
- Report to Sales Team Manager.
- To increase sales revenue and achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Responsible for sales & marketing activities within the coverage area/ account assigned by the management.
- Monitor sales performance regularly and recommend action plans to ensure the achievement of sales.
- Regular visits and maintain a good business relationship with orthopedic surgeons/ customers.
- Field-based role with hours that can vary significantly.
- Position requires attending in-live patient cases, and willing to work variable/odd hours to meet patient needs.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Nursing, Biological Sciences, Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), business-related field, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Preferably to have at least 1-2 years of sales experience in the orthopedic medical industry.
- Good command of English, and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus).
- Public speaking, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Possess own transport and is willing to travel outstation when required.
- Team player, result-oriented with a positive work attitude.
- Basic computer skills. (Microsoft Office programs essential).
- Candidate must have skills and knowledge in customer relationship management (CRM) and negotiations.
- Salary commensurate with years of experience.
- Mileage + Outstation allowance.
- EPF + SOCSO provided.
- Parking, Tol, and Doctor Entertainment expenses are refundable.
