- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are a plus.
- Customer-service-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
