- To develop and create tour packages, including itineraries, inclusions, exclusions and pricing.
- To coordinate with local partners, guides, hotels, transportation providers, and attraction sites.
- To research new destinations and experiences to offer in tour packages.
- To manage day-to-day operations, including booking systems and reservations.
- To ensure all tour logistics (accommodation, transport, meals, guides) run smoothly.
- To ensure tours meet legal, safety, and health regulations, both locally and internationally.
- To stay updated on visas, passports, and customs regulations for various destinations.
- To prepare budgets for tours and monitor profitability.
- To build and maintain relationships with suppliers (hotels, transport companies, tour guides).
- To negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with suppliers.
- To ensure timely payments and efficient communication with suppliers.
- To manage unexpected situations such as delays, cancellations, or issues with suppliers.
- To provide real-time solutions to ensure a smooth tour experience for clients.
- To collect feedback from customers after tours to improve future offerings.
- To analyze feedback and suggest improvements to tour packages or operations.
- To coordinate with local partners, guides, hotels, transportation providers, and attraction sites.
- Candidates with positive attitude, self-starter and responsible characteristic, good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Candidates with excellent hands-on skills and attention to details.
- Candidates with self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
- Candidates with good understanding knowledge or willing to learn of travel tour softwares (Computer Reservations Systems, GDS systems and E-Travel).
- Candidates with good proficiency on written & spoken Mandarin and English, as the role requires candidate to engage with mostly Mandarin and English speaking customers. Exemplary sales skills, customer service and customer oriented approaches.
