Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, message, and call, covering topics such as overseas visa applications for employees, onboarding and offboarding processes, reimbursement procedures, and local employment policies aboard.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Accurately and promptly record and track cases to achieve relevant service performance metrics.
  • Provide high quality service to recruit, maintain, and manage customers, ensuring the achievement of service and sales goals.
  • Adhere to global guidelines, comply with service processes, and improve service efficiency and convenience.

    Requirement

  • Bachelors degree or above, with 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in both Chines e and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and excellent execution capabilities.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and self-learning capability.
  • Experience with Accenture is preferred
