1. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the
office.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them as
necessary.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel
arrangements for management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
2. Clerical Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and
scanning documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-
date and easily accessible.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
3. Management Assistance:
Provide support to management by compiling data, and preparing
reports.
- Assist in the coordination of events, including logistical arrangements
and communication with stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between management and other staff members,
conveying instructions and requests as needed.
- Help in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
4. General Support:
- Assist colleagues and team members with tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
