HR - Task Could Include

  • Provide HR administrative functions in recruitment, training and development, as well as updating and maintaining HR records.
  • Assisting in the hiring program which includes career talks, resume screening, performing phone screening and interview arrangements.
  • Providing administrative support including phone calls to candidates, responding to emails, organizing files, and managing documents.
  • Assisting in managing monthly training programs from planning, scheduling & preparing the training materials.
  • Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.

Admin - Task Could Include

  • Undertake general administrative duties including distribution of minutes, reports and other documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and ordering office supplies.
  • Prepare relevant reports, statistical and analytical reports on admin-related activities
  • Undertake and assist in recording and processing invoices, receipts as well as payments as required.
  • Assisting in handling company staff’s accommodation tenancy agreement upon renewal period.
  • Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
