  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

  • 1. Ensure safe and timely transportation of personnel and goods, adhering to traffic regulations.

2. Be prepared for overtime and flexible work schedules.

3. Properly load, unload, and secure items following safety protocols.

4. Assist HR with foreign worker transport and emergencies; be available for on-call assignments.

5. Engage in facility operations and complete assigned tasks; occasional travel to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur may be required.

6. Maintain valid driving skills, a clean driving record, and punctuality.

7. Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, deliveries, and vehicle conditions.

8. Ensure vehicles are clean and organized, both inside and out.

9. Conduct regular maintenance checks and arrange for vehicle servicing as necessary.

10. Promptly report any vehicle malfunctions or incidents to management.

11. Follow traffic laws and company policies, report incidents or vehicle issues immediately.

12. Notify HR about upcoming road tax and insurance renewals.

13. Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.

14. Keep mobile phone on to remain reachable.

15. Maintain a punctual attendance record.

16. Exhibit honesty, reliability, good manners, and a neat appearance.

17. Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Possess valid Malaysia Driving license
  • willing to standby on weekdays and sometimes weekend (OT is provided)
  • Familiar with Singapore traffic routes and rules
