  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Campaign | DTH (Direct to Home)

Role: Customer Care Consultant

Job Scope - To attend inbound calls pertaining customer inquiries about Astro DTH product n services

Working Location: Plaza Sentral, KL sentral

Working Hours ~ Rotational Shift Mon- Sunday (2Days off)

9am to 6pm

10am to 7pm

Salary Package

Basic range up to RM2800 * Terms and conditions applies *

For the first 5 Months during probationary period, your salary will be paid RM 1800.00 basic pay.

Probationary period is minimum 5 months

Besides basic pay, you are entitled for ;

Training Completion Allowance RM200 upon completion of your training,

RNR (Rewards and recognition allowance of up to RM200.00) – based on your KPI performance,

Newbies KPI Allowance up to RM400.00

After the probationary period, we will reward you with:

One time off Confirmation bonus of RM3, 500

Salary incremental minimum RM100 and max RM800 upon confirmation of your employment
