Job Description:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems, both manually and electronically.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Stock taking and handling inventory management.
  • Assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM.

  • Required language Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Committed & able to work independently.
  • Preferably can join immediately.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • No Experience required: training will be provided.
