  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a dynamic company dedicated to enhancing our online presence in the beauty and skincare market. We are seeking a Marketing-Focused E-Commerce Manager to maximize brand visibility through effective social media marketing, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Platform Management: Optimize product listings and enhance brand visibility across e-commerce platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement engaging content strategies for TikTok and Instagram to effectively promote our products and brand story.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and sales data to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.
  • Promotion Planning: Design and execute seasonal and event-based promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively communicate with customers via social media, responding promptly to inquiries and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Korean speakers are preferred.
  • Social Media Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing on social media platforms, especially TikTok.
  • Creative Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and understand market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Environment:

  • In-office position (work at our location near Sunway Velocity)
  • Collaborative team environment

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Expected hours: 40 hours/week
