· Raise accounting journals and prepare schedule for month end account closing.
· Capture suppliers' invoice and petty cash transaction and ensure data transmitted accurately in accounting system.
· Prepare and send statement of account to debtor after monthly billing finalized.
· Responsible for monthly reconciliation of supplier' statements of accounts, and communicate with vendors regarding statement discrepancies.
· Prepare Bank reconciliation to ensure all transaction have been properly taken up and to detect error.
· Assist in monthly payment process.
· Able to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.
· Other ad-hoc assignment assigned by management.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a STPM/Diploma in Accountancy or above.
· At least 1 year working experience in related account field. (Fresh Grad are welcome)
· Willing to learn and good working attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
