Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant HR & Admin Manager at IATAC in Melaka. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to human resources management, administrative duties, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the academy. The Assistant HR & Admin Manager will work closely with the HR and administrative teams to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
- Administrative support, Office Management, and Organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Min 3 years experience in the related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
