Event Coordinator

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

• Organize and manage events such as school talks, promotional and community events.
• Communicate with schools, vendors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure all event needs are met.
• Collaborate with other Public Relations team members to promote events through various channels.
• Deliver health talks and engage with event attendees, providing information about our products.
• Assist in carrying out sampling and selling activities at the food truck.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized college/university. A major in Food Science/Nutrition/Public Relations or equivalent will be advantageous
• Prior work experience is not required; fresh graduates and current students are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to work on flexible hours, including odd hours, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with individuals of all ages (e.g. children, adults, and elderly).
• Must possess own transport with a Class D license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
