• Ensure appropriate efforts are expanded on the solicitation and development local and international conference organizers and accounts defined in the assigned portfolios. • Keeps a good record of top 30 accounts from the above sectors and establish business development plans for such top events and constantly solicit new business. • Keep a good communication with department head on any development of the confirmed events, and with Sales Managers on clients who have guestroom potentials for the hotel. • Meets with event organizer in-house to maintain a good client relationship and to solicit future business. • To maintain an effective account and account management through Opera and to be fully competent with operating Opera Sales and Catering system. • To ensure that all data input in the Opera Sales and Catering is accurate and updated.
