Job description:

4.1 Overall control on departmental activity and manage Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).

ACCOUNTABILITY 4.2 To monitor incoming receiving, issuing, ML return, delivery are manage accordingly.

4.3 Forklift & transport vehicle are managed accordingly.

4.4 Ensure warehouse storage is in order.

4.5 To monitor monthly the raw material , finished goods and purchased components stock

are within KPI set target.

4.6 Packing material well manage with JIT/Kanban if require to max space utilization.

4.7 Monthly old/dead (FG & Raw Material) report review and taken action

4.8 Scheduled waste & scrap waste are managed according to schedule.

4.9 To ensure warehouse stock accuracy, carry out daily, weekly and monthly stock count

to ensure stock accuracy achieve 95% or above.

4.10 Identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

4.11 Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

4.12 Promote monthly Kaizen improvement activity carry out on time and expand vertically

4.13 Work place's health and safety requirement are met.

4.14 Other assignments as per superior's instruction from time to time.

Requirements:

Preferably Degree or Diploma in any field or equivalent.

Preferably 5 years experience in Supply Chain Control.

Knowledgeable in ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Knowledgeable in MRP / ERP / SAP.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
