- To process flight reservations through online systems or Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- To issue, reissue, and cancel flight tickets as per customer requests.
- To resolve any ticketing or reservation-related issues efficiently.
- To ensure accurate invoicing and maintain financial records for ticketing transactions.
- To handle billing, refunds, and reconciliation of sales transactions.
- To collect payments via credit card, cash, or bank transfers for ticket reservations.
- To coordinate with airlines for group booking requests and discounts.
- To manage cancellations, schedule changes, and other airline notifications.
- To communicate with airlines to confirm bookings, manage waiting lists, or handle special requests such as meals, seating preferences, and assistance for passengers with special needs.
- To ensure passengers have the correct travel documentation, such as passports, visas, or health certifications.
- To stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and industry regulations.
- To follow all legal and regulatory requirements for ticketing and passenger processing.
- To prepare daily or weekly sales and ticketing reports for management.
- To maintain a record of issued tickets, refunds, and other financial transactions.
- To work closely with other partners and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- To assist in training new staff on booking systems and customer service protocols.
- To assist with booking flights, providing ticketing options based on their preferences and budget.
- Candidates with positive attitude, self-starter and responsible characteristic, good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Candidates with excellent hands-on skills and attention to details.
- Candidates with self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
- Candidates with good understanding knowledge or willing to learn of travel tour softwares (Computer Reservations Systems, GDS systems and E-Travel).
- Candidates with good proficiency on written & spoken Mandarin and English, as the role requires candidate to engage with mostly Mandarin and English speaking customers. Exemplary sales skills, customer service and customer oriented approaches.
