- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Preparing bills receivable, invoices and other documents related
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses
- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete the accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date
- Maintains and updates customer data, including name and address changes, mergers or mailing attentions
- Working with other departments to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new and better repayment terms
- Contacts clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically
- To handle inquiry/leads from customers
- Perform other ad-hoc task assigned by superior
