  • Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
  • Preparing bills receivable, invoices and other documents related
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses
  • Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete the accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date
  • Maintains and updates customer data, including name and address changes, mergers or mailing attentions
  • Working with other departments to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new and better repayment terms
  • Contacts clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
  • Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically
  • To handle inquiry/leads from customers
  • Perform other ad-hoc task assigned by superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
