  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Provide quotations and policy information for takaful customers as requested.
  • Handle monthly customer data and input new customer data into records.
  • Train and guide colleagues to understand the technical aspects of preparing takaful policies for customers.
  • Manage payments from customers to takaful through the company's account according to prescribed SOPs.
  • Update monthly customer data and plan forward data management strategies.
  • Collaborate in managing motor and non-motor policies from customers to the takaful principal.
  • Handle takaful claim systems and submission according to established SOPs.
  • Communicate with customers using polite conversation methods through provided copywriting templates and campaign materials.
  • Manage work teams with good rules and workload distribution and cooperate with the marketing department for takaful campaign materials for customers.
  • Be ready to receive instructions and follow-up actions from the employer regarding new job scope requirements related to the company's business context.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
