Key Duties and Responsibilities:

To develop new business opportunities, handle sales inquiries involve in outbound sales activities;
Responsible for the entire spectrum of sales to achieve assigned sales target;
Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients;
Follow up on leads to create sales opportunities and increase conversion rate;
Visiting potential clients and performing software demonstrations;
Execute client on software setup.

**Direct Report to Managing Director

Requirements:

Possessing business development/sales experience in Interior Design and Renovation industry will be added advantage.
Preferable candidate possesses at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the field sales industry
Required language(s): Mandarin and English
Possess an interest in sales
Sales were driven and independent in a fast-paced environment
Possess own transport

Skill Requirements:

Professional and clear communication skills in English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education Qualification Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate in Diploma/ Professional Degree in Sales and Marketing/Business Management/Interior Design/Mass Communication or equivalent.
