CNC TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for setting up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding, and milling. • Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs to machine complex parts efficiently and accurately. • Perform inspections and measurements of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. • Load raw materials into the machine and ensure it operates smoothly. • Monitor the machine during the production process to ensure accuracy. • Conduct routine maintenance on machines and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained. • To work on other tasks as per assigned by Production PIC. • Adhere to safety guidelines, ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and machine safeguarding. Job Requirements & Qualification: • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering. • 2 to 3 years of working experience in machining. • Ability to work and communicate well with others. • Good Discipline, analytical skills, and able to take instructions well. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
