Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Paid and Organic Campaigns: Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels. Develop and implement organic growth strategies, including content marketing, social media management, and influencer partnerships. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals. Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and improve results. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, compelling content for blogs, landing pages, emails, and social media. Design and optimize landing pages and sales funnels using tools like ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar platforms. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms. Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and actionable insights to stakeholders. Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our marketing efforts. Client Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and present campaign results. Work closely with the web development, graphic design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, providing support and fostering a collaborative environment. Lead by example, demonstrating creativity, initiative, and a results-driven mindset. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools. Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills using software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro. Office Skills: Must know how to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite (compulsory). Project Management: Experience with project management software like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies.
