BHD seeks a WIRECUT PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Developing precise programs to control Wire for cutting complex shapes in hard materials. • Set up and operate wirecut machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data. • Interpreting technical drawings and 3D models to ensure accurate toolpath generation. • Setting up machines and ensuring proper calibration for optimal cutting performance. • Diagnosing and resolving any issues during the cutting process. • Ensuring parts meet exact specifications through in-process inspection and final testing. • Edit programs using CAD/CAM systems, wirecut machine controllers and conversational programming including troubleshooting. • Create and edit complex programs using CAD/CAM systems, machine controllers and conversational programming including troubleshooting. • Work from CAD files, engineering drawings, sketches and or verbal instructions to perform highly diversified hands-on machining operations to specifications. • Make accurate machining adjustments to a variety of machining process to yield a conforming part. • Calculated and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, depth, and angle of cut. • Use measurement and analytical skills to accurately measure in-process inspection and document results by using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments to assure high quality levels in component machining. • Ensured quality goals are achieved and downtime of equipment minimized by doing set-ups and changeovers efficiently including reworking parts, program changes, guide changes. • Conferred with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems. • Ability to run multiple machines and manage time independently. • Troubleshoot wirecut machine problems, including mechanical issues, software issues, and programming errors. • Performed preventive maintenance, inspection, lubrication and carried out minor mechanical repairs. The required skills for the position WIRECUT PROGRAMMER EXPERT are as follow: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in wirecut programming and troubleshooting is necessary. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
