Senior Executive, Export Sales Coordination

- Responsible for order processing and work closely with internal parties to ensure shipment to customer in timely manner. -Manage and follow up relevant documentation and sales orders in timely manner. -Communicate effectively to foster relationships with existing and potential customers. -Work together with various stakeholders in the company to make sure customers’ as well as regulatory guidelines are met. -To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: -Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing and other relevant studies. -At least 5 years working experience in export sales coordination, preferably in FMCG. -Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. -Strong analytical skill. -Confident and result oriented. -Proficient in Microsoft Office operations.
