Responsibilities: Collaborate with the BD team to develop business strategies aligned with trends & customer needs. Ensure compliance with market-specific regulatory requirements. Provide excellent customer service to clients via live chat, phone call, and email, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in navigating multiple programs. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialist via CRM, ensuring timely resolution. Keep clients updated on the status of their requests, providing clear and concise communication. Verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on a timely basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with high attention to detail and accuracy. Stay up-to-date with the company's business functions and roles by attending company seminars and exceeding the required assessment targets. Meet or exceed quarterly KPI targets set by the CS Manager, demonstrating strong performance. Undertake other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. Requirements: Minimum one year of experience in customer service Excellent communication skills in English and native language (MY) Able to understand and speak Arabic Strong ability to engage with clients and communicate effectively Proficient in troubleshooting and multitasking Customer-focused and dedicated to providing exceptional service Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or a related field Self-motivated and reliable with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations.
