Job Scope • Follow-up with client’s response and feedback on company’s commercial proposal, and respond to client expectation upon discussion with superior. • Liaise with customers and inter division on enquiries, orders, invoicing and other sales related communication. • Actively contact customers through phone, emails and meetings for follow-up and after sales service. • Conduct sales presentations on products and services to potential and existing customers. • Build good rapport and maintaining relationships with prospect and existing clients. • Establish strong client base and develop strategies to retain and secure existing customers. • Attend to customer complaints and establish effective discussion with operation team to resolve issue within shortest time possible. • Conduct market research and evaluate customer needs to stay current on industry trends. • Review quotation according to client needs and requirements. • Review and ensure sales invoice and sales progress reports are accurate and up to date. • Participate on behalf of company in exhibitions, events or conferences. • Achieve monthly sales target • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management. Responsibility & Accountability • To ensure client’s needs and requirements are attended and responded in a timely manner • To collaborate with Assistant Business Development Manager to create strategic and efficient methods to maintain profitability. • To develop good relationship with customers to maintain effective customer retention. • Excellent customer service and sales skills • Organized and self-motivated • Team player with effective communication Qualification Required • Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years in sales or relevant working experience. • Competency in English and computer literate
