Job Description:

  1. Updating and maintaining the company’s databases.
  2. Managing the facility management of the office.
  3. Assisting the team in gathering employee-related information.
  4. Accomplishes people operations department and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
  5. Assist in recruitment activities.
  6. Support in creating company branding banners and postings for recruitment and employee engagement purposes.
  7. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Proactive and Team Player-oriented.
  3. Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  4. Good Command of English in Writing and Speaking.
  5. Minimum six months of Internship Duration.
