Quality Assurance Executive (Corrugated Paper Mfg) in Post Klang [GG324]

Our Client is a manufacturer of corrugated paper products and aims to be an eminent multinational packaging corporation with presence in the Asian region. They aim to produce environmentally friendly and quality packaging products.

Position: Quality Assurance Executive
Location: Port Klang, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the QA function, including quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure awareness and understanding of quality standards and procedures across the organization.
• Monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators to track progress and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Science) required; advanced degree preferred.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality management roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in communication in Mandarin and English.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Remuneration packages:

Basic Salary : RM 3500 to RM5000

Allowances : RM150

Working Days: 6 days' work week (Mon - Fri) ( Sat full day- Alternate week)

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5.30pm

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
